ADVENTURE #1 - PALM SUNDAY
Gather around the computer, phone or iPad and open the ADVENTURE #1 READING.
Adventure Options (select from one of the following)
Calling all Actors! Your family gets to bring the Bible story to life by acting out the story of Jesus’ ride into Jerusalem. Gather some coats and branches to be used as props. Select different roles for the story (you made need to recruit some stuffed animal) and act out the story. You can always tell the story more than once if the family wants to try out different parts.
Collect all your Action Figures! Use the action figures along with paper, Legos, etc. to create a Palm Sunday Scene of Jesus entering Jerusalem.
Email a picture or video of your family acting out the Bible story or your action figures scene to kids@jesusistruehope.com and collect your first Adventure Egg (via email)!
Bonus Activity. Go on a family walk, looking for signs of spring. Praise God for each of the things you see. You might also choose to pray for the people in each house as you walk by.
